The Mirador de Chipeque is one of our favourite places for marriage proposals. It offers a 360-degree panoramic view that includes Mount Teide, the La Orotava Valley and, on clear days, even the neighbouring islands. The sunrise here is particularly moving: there is something heavenly about the golden light that floods everything while the ring sparkles on your hand.
Another hidden gem is the Mirador de La Crucita viewpoint in La Orotava. More accessible but equally spectacular, you can drive almost right up to the edge.
