Suite Accommodation: 1 night stay in one of our spacious Suites, which feature a private whirlpool tub in the room.
Half Board:
- Dinner: Tasting menu or buffet (depending on the season) made with local and nearby products.
- Breakfast: Complete buffet breakfast with healthy and artisan options.
Complete Spa Circuit: Approximately 2.5 hours access to the facilities:
- Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Sanarium.
- Turkish Bath, Cold Water Pool, Pebble Path.
Gym: Free access to the fitness area.
Wellness Kit: Use of bathrobe and towel included.
Special Occasions: As it is a stay in a Suite with a hydromassage, it is an ideal option for anniversaries or romantic getaways. Let us know if you are celebrating something special when making your reservation.
Gastronomic Planning: We suggest coordinating the time of your dinner and your Spa session when confirming the reservation to guarantee the best availability.
Clothing and Footwear: Remember to bring swimwear and flip-flops for the Spa, as well as comfortable clothing and some warm clothing if you wish to walk around the Vilaflor area, given its altitude.
Special Diets: If you have any intolerances or follow a specific diet (vegetarian, vegan, etc.), please inform us in advance to adapt the menu for your dinner.
Disconnection: We invite our guests to enjoy the silence of the forest crown and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere in the common areas.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the date of the activity. After that period, the booking is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the activity or failure to show up on the day of the activity (no-show) will not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid.
Modifications:
Date changes may be made subject to availability, provided they are requested at least 7 days prior to the original date booked.
Validity:
The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It is not exchangeable for cash or combinable with other promotions.
