Yes. Our website uses secure and encrypted payment systems. By booking directly, you also deal with the hotel without intermediaries for any special inquiries or requests.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). In most reservations, the card is requested as a guarantee and payment is made at the hotel, except for special rates.
Yes. You can indicate room preferences, views, special celebrations or experiences such as spa, romantic getaways or sports activities. Requests are subject to availability.
Cancellations and policies
It depends on the chosen rate. The Flexible Rate allows cancellation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. The Non-Refundable Rate offers a more advantageous price, but does not allow cancellations or modifications.

In case of no show, the charge indicated in the conditions of the reserved rate will be applied.

We do not have our own transfer service. A taxi from the airport has an approximate cost of 40 € and is the most direct option.
