Form of Right of Withdrawal

At Spa Villalba we want your experience to be perfect from the very beginning. If you have changed your mind after making your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

However, due to the nature of what we offer, you must take into account how this right applies depending on the type of product:

• Gift vouchers (with no fixed date): You have the full right of withdrawal within 14 days after the purchase, as long as the voucher has not been redeemed or the experience has not already been enjoyed.
• Reservations for experiences with a specific date: According to current legal regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services or activities that have a specific date or period of execution. For these cases, cancellations or changes will be governed by our booking policy.
