Enjoy a deep relaxation experience in a unique natural environment. This voucher includes:

• Complete Spa Circuit: Approximately 2.5 hours access to the facilities of Hotel Spa Villalba.

Wellness Journey:

• Pool and Jacuzzi.
• Sauna and Sanarium.
• Turkish Bath.
• Cold water pool (thermal contrast).
• Pebble path (reflexology).

Gym: Access to the hotel’s sports facilities.

Courtesy Items: Use of bathrobe and towel included during the session.

Punctuality: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reserved time to check in and change clothes without rushing.

Personal Equipment: The use of swimsuit and flip flops is mandatory (not included in the voucher).

Environment: Take advantage of the hotel’s location in Vilaflor to enjoy the fresh air before or after your session; the hotel is surrounded by the forest crown of Teide.

Health: If you have any special medical condition or if you are pregnant, please inform the Spa staff before starting the circuit.

Disconnection: To ensure a peaceful environment for all users, please keep your voice down and avoid using mobile devices in the thermal area.

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation up to 7 calendar days before the date of the activity. After that period, the booking is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days prior to the activity or failure to show up on the day of the activity (no-show) will not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid.

Modifications:
Date changes may be made subject to availability, provided they are requested at least 7 days prior to the original date booked.

Validity:

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It is not exchangeable for cash or combinable with other promotions.

Opening hours:

The Spa is open from 10:00 to 20:00. The maximum duration of the circuit is 2.5 hours.
